Routine Practices Seminar

The Routine Practices Seminar was created for contract personnel who must go into patient care areas for a variety of reasons, including equipment maintenance, renovation/construction, and product demonstration or evaluation. Participants will learn how to utilize personal protective equipment such as gloves, gowns, and masks; proper hand washing techniques; and information on disease transmission, and how to prevent it. This course is mandatory for outside persons who must work in a number of Health Care facilities, including St. Boniface General Hospital.
